StyleHaul integrates technology and fashion to create an inaugural space within the YouTube platform.  The network is an online fashion and beauty resource, with viewers regularly enjoying original content from StyleHaul's "gurus" and contributors at a rate of 120 million views and nearly 25 million monthly unique viewers.  The company enjoys a uniquely close dialog with its demographic and key end-users, boasting more than 14 million network subscribers.

StyleHaul has a loyal following that has grown exponentially since being founded in February 2011 by Stephanie Horbaczewski, and the team behind Machinima: Allen DeBevoise and Aaron DeBevoise.  "StyleHaul has been such a fast-moving adventure. We're witnessing continued success with our vlogger community, growing at an average rate of 26% percent each month, and we've really enjoyed testing this innovative platform within the fashion and beauty industry," says Horbaczewski, President and CEO.

StyleHaul was conceptualized and is maintained by a senior management team of entrepreneurial women, all the under the age of 40.  Hailing from the technology and fashion spaces, including PeopleStyleWatch.com, Saks Fifth Avenue and MySpace, their youthful energy and style-savvy clearly resonate throughout the business model.

StyleHaul's innovative concept attracted an investment from RezVen Partners, a select group of entrepreneurs and executives-turned-investors whose backgrounds are from varied genres, including key current and former members of the following companies:  Green Dot, Hachette Filipacchi Media, Hulu, LuLuLemon, Juvo Capital  Machinima, MeziMedia, Overture, PriceGrabber, Saks Fifth Avenue, Siemer Ventures, Yahoo! and others.  Anderee Berengian, Managing Partner of RezVen Partners, lead investor and newly announced StyleHaul board member says, "We are excited by the success of StyleHaul's unique model, and look forward to working with key management in an ongoing relationship to continue the company's rapid growth."

"Style Haul has experienced explosive growth and we're excited to close this round of funding so we can further focus on the expansion and development of our global community, extend the reach of our original content and programming, and grow our sales efforts.  We're thrilled to have RezVen Partners and their exceptional group of entrepreneur investors working with us in our endeavor," further adds Horbaczewski.
